jeff hate to disabuse you of the notion that bin laden brought down the towers but think about it... if rudy was complicit with the u.s. govt. do you really believe he would have told the truth about the command center in wtc7 and why it "fell" on 911? this attack was planned well in advance of the smirking chimp's appt, known as the bush era, by people prepared to keep us at war forever. I'd say he was complicit in the attacks of September 11th 2001. He knew in advance. We think of the victims that day, the fear they must have felt, their suffering and loss and the people they left behind, but there are people like him who don't see that. Putting his command center in WTC7 wasn't a mistake. The demolition of the towers was most likely controlled from there and, despite nothing hitting it, WTC7 dropped later that day. No evidence left. The guy is a scumbag, but smart and doesn't have idiocy as an excuse, like Bush. Most frightening is that if he's running for president there are people who support him, an accessory to mass murder. Look at him.

I am not all together sure what Rudy's failers were pre 9/11 except that he had a my way or the high way mentality.I do however know this.As a New Yorker ,he had first hand exsperience of the disaster that was 9/11 his fellow New Yorkers counted on him to avenge that day.he wowfully let us down.This guy should have been the first one to grab this President (I us the term losely) by the scruf of the neck and demand that he go after Bin Ladden the person responsible for the deaths of his fellow New Yorkers, and he should have done this before this President sent our young men and women to die ,going after the wrong man.As a New Yorker I know the shell game,I don't play it.How could anybody support this guy for president,he choose to be a Republican in front of being an American.,and given how bad he let us New Yorkers down ,how could we trust him to not do the same at the national level.this stuff about a proven leader is a line of shit.I know this, on 9/11 on went to my local hospital and gave blood, and to this day I haven't gotten any back and it pisses me off like you wouldn't believe that Bin Ladden is stll running around planning to hurt us again 6 years later,and this guy has done nothing to avenge that day,what the hell is wrong with us that we have allowed this guy to ride these coat tails of dead Americans this far .He should have been stopped a long time ago.It is amazing!!! it's absolutly amazing.And the most pittiful part is that he and his war monger buddy's are laughing all the way to the bank.We need to wake the fuck up and stop allowing stuff like this to continue, please lets get going here ,stand up and be heard, time is of the esence

Unfortunately, defective equipment is not a rare thing in Fire departments throughout the nation (neither are defective bridge as we have seen). Managers have the work with the budgets they have. Maybe if we sent less on social programs and failed school systems we'd have more tax money for the kind of things that could benefit all citizens like safe bridges and top of the line equipment. You should see some of the equipment that the FBI has to work with sometimes like antiquated computer systems. A lot of people have grudges against Rudy because he doesn't put up with slackers and dead wood. What his detractors are doing is putting the worst possible spin on what was a really bad situation for everybody that day. Rudy is a tough guy and tough guys make a lot of enemies that is why the mob almost put a contract on his head but he stood up to them just like he stood up to the Arab prince who while offering one million dollars to NY city on 911 also tried to insinuate that in a way we had it coming to us. On 911, Rudy was not a coward and he did not run from the scene, he almost got trapped there that day.
Here is an extract from what Time magazine was saying about him back then:

Let’s not also forget that he was knighted for his was knighted by the Queen of England for his admirable conduct during 911.
Of course, Rudy has made mistakes, and so has anybody who cannot predict the future accurately. One thing is for sure, his performance sure beats Ray –where are the bus keys- Nagin’s during Katrina. This is nothing but a disgraceful hit job on the part of the NYFD UNION who notoriously support the Democrats time and time again.
I will be voting for Rudy Giuliani if given a chance.

"drown it in the bathtub" so they can turn it over to private corporations. That's why they are bent on destroying our military so Blackwater can take it's place. This prevents oversite and gives them almost complete control of taxpayer's money. With another Republican rubber stamp Congress in place it will complete PNAC's plan and America will cease to exist. The Constitution will be ripped to shreds and we will, for all intents and purposes, be a complete fascist nation run completely by giant corporations and the wealthiest 1%. That’s the only word that comes to my mind when I hear that this under qualified, immoral, dishonest, idiot can be considered seriously for the office of the Presidency. I am completely disgusted, and ashamed with the way this country is headed, especially since the bush administration has hijacked our government, and made us enemies around the world. The media is very much to blame. As I watched the last Fox Republican Debate, my stomach turned as I heard the commentator ask question after question to Rudy. And then to have to listen to his sly answers, as if he was some kind of celebrity. This guy needs to be exposed to the masses soon, and stopped in his dirty tracks. There has to be some way to do this! If not, I’m afraid he may become the winning candidate going against that crazy hillary person. Don’t be a sheep!!!!! Wake Up!!!!

If this opens the eyes of one Rudy supporter, then it’s working. I am completely disgusted with our choices for president…..except for one man who stands above the rest, and that man is Ron Paul. I have never before contributed to any kind of campaign, not even bought a bumper sticker, until now. I pray that Ron Paul gets the nomination, so there will be some hope for our country and my children. If any one of the Democrates or Republicans gets elected, then it’s the same old corruption, and who knows where they will lead us?, maybe to or ultimate doom?….most likely, I’m afraid. This current administration needs to pay for the crimes it has committed against it’s own people, and the world, and electing any of these other boffunes will just be a sequel to this nightmare. My friend had a great idea….On the presidential election there should be a ” None Of The Above” column, and if that was the majority vote, then the election process would have to start all over again….with different candidates. As far as Rudy is concerned, I wrote what I felt about him below on “therealrudy.org” and it pretty much sums up how I feel. God Bless us all….stay safe.

About 15 years ago there was a devastating T.V. movie about Rudy starring James Woods. The portrait drawn was not only of a psychopath but of a wild and crazy psychopath. It was a an HBO movie I think but not sure. Believe me, if that movie was shown today no one would vote for Rudy except perhaps Bin Laden.Could someone try to dig it up?

Giuliani has posed as a leader and hero. This can not be true if you also suspect the Bush administration of being complicit at least passively in the 911 massacre. The mayor of the target city would not be kept in the dark of a pending mock attack, and from his actions, years in advance even (such as with the radios and choice of command centers) he shows his true colors. He is simply a gangster and a traitor. Any vote for this man will hasten the country and the planet in its rush to hell. Investigate what he and others really did on 911 and why. Who benefitteted from the attack? Who profitted?

I lived in Poughkeepsie, NY on 9/11 and none of the people there like Rudy or his decisions to stop searching for remains by hand, and instead switched to bulldozing instead. Even Silverstein admitted to "pulling" building 7 and "watched it collapse".
