Brave New Films: Outrageous: Blackwater sues plaintiffs for $10 million

  • CorporateMurderer · 2 years ago
These pigs running blackwater should just be killed. We debate and talk but really the people running blackwater, like with any corporation, make conscious decisions to put the dollar ahead of people and everything else. There is no such thing as mistakes or incompetence. These pigs are inhuman. As not being able to function within the human, moral standards of society they should be eliminated from it. Send them back to hell where they came from.

The first sentence of corporatemurderer pretty much defines the man. It would seem that he is the logical choice to be sent to Iraq to do the job with all his hatred and death wishes. Look in the mirror my friend and you will a see a reflection of those you despise. Is there really a difference? Now go ahead and respond to this with more hatred because I'll forgive you. As you state, there is no such thing as mistakes and incompetance however there is such a thing as ignorance as you clearly prove.

corporate murderer is a freaken idiot. Get off your laptop and turn off your fantasy video game. Its very easy to judge with your uneducated opinions from your couch. Fill the shoes of some of these men and then maybe someone will listen to you. Until then, shut the fuck up moron.

CorporateMurderer...based on your comment, I take it you support the war. Reason I ask is because you believe that humans not being able to function within the moral standards of society(TERRORIST) should be eliminated from it. "Send them back to hell where they came from." thats what you said right. Money before human life? Then why does blackwater spend so much money on training facilities, to make sure their employees are fully trained to survive and come home. I see how easy it is for you to bash american companies, but i bet you have yet to blog or comment on any foreign companies who fund the cowards who are trained to kill people that dont believe the same things they do. So enjoy all your freedoms because there are men and women out there selfishly sacrificing(LIKE ME) to protect you.

Just because you put syrup on "shit" DOESN'T make it pancakes. This Blackwater company is trying to use "Christian" beliefs to cover up a terrible and unexcusable war to "rape" us Americans of our hard working cash (who pays for it? not the U.S. government, but us hard working americans). Down with Blackwater. Employees who believe in the "rights" of America, will leave this raping company and let it fold. If the employees stay, they are the prostitutes of a raping company. Let's do whats right.

First of all, my condolences to friends and family of ANYONE who has been killed or injured in Iraq.
Now, to actually make a comment on the original article, I have to say I'm disgusted, yet not suprised that Blackwater would resort to such tactics. It's just par for the course. It is a shameless lack of taking responsibility on their part. Shareholders or not, image to uphold, or whatever. The only thing that is going to work in ANY situation such as this is to take responsibility and own up to your shortcomings. Then learn from them, have some humility, improve, change, move-on, and NEVER MAKE THE SAME MISTAKES AGAIN!!!!!!!! It's not only the right thing to do, but (since you're a big company) it's just fukkin plain good business!! The "we can do no wrong" mentality of this administration as well as the money-hungry companies that ride on its coat-tails has got to stop.
Oh, and by the way, while I respect the men and women who are risking their lives in Iraq, and want them to return home safe and soon, with our deepest respect and debt, not because I support this war, but because I believe that THEY BELIEVE what they're fighting for is noble. HOWEVER...
I don't want ANYONE to fukking tell me that they are protecting my freedom. FUCK YOU. Saddam Hussein was never, I repeat NEVER a threat to us! 9/11... Osama Bin Laden? o.k. sure, get him. WHY IS HE STILL OUT THERE!?!?!?!?! I mean come on, it can't be that hard, can it? Or maybe, just maybe he's more useful alive and elusive, keeping us afraid, fueling the fire? I honestly, don't know, just a thought. But we have absolutely no business being in Iraq. Its a war based on lies and weak pre-emptive arguments. Sure Saddam used to have wmd's WE GAVE THEM TO HIM!!!! WE ALSO FUNDED OSAMA!!!!!!!!! So don't puff out your chest at me and tell me you're protecting ME.... What's being "protected" is the status-quo, the competetive, corporate, money-hungry culture we live UNDER. You want to drive a Hummer H1? FINE! then you have to go to Iraq and drive one of uncle Sam's un-armored ones for a year as a down payment! Maybe then we might stop following the 5 o'clock news filled with war, starvation, poverty, disease, etc. with ridiculous Budweiser commercials with talking frogs. How fukking insultingly ignorant is that?

Breach of Contract is one of the few arguments that places some jurisdiction within the Federal Court system. Some of the other conditions are race discrimination, gender discrimination, religious discrimination,etc.,etc.etc. and other types of recognized classifications, other than "white male", that follow along these lines. Also, generally speaking, matters that involve Federal Governement agencies and their inadequacy for a given legislative activity that they were supposed to perform.

It appears that Blackwater wants the case heard in Federal Court, and they have as much right to "due process" as every American and American company has.

Sometimes State courts and Judges are good at siphoning money from companies incorporated in other States into their State, since it can only benefit the State that it is being sued in. Remember, Judges are lawyers that ran for office because their names were short enough for idiots to vote for them. Usually one syllable names, sometimes two, but three is out of the question, so don't expect fair treatment in this type of British Colony, third world system.

Nonetheless, by the time I have written this it is unlikely that they will find exclusive Federal jurisdiction, that can get this case placed into Federal courts, and diallows the plaintiffs to bring it in State Court.

Two simple points: I don't buy into the fact that these families did not know what their sons were getting into as much as the media has made that a point of contention. I am not sure if the families are acting as naive as the media makes them out to be acting, and I personnally doubt that they are acting that naive about the dangers in Iraq. The other point is that it is very hard for a company, that will be portrayed as a band of thugs and overbilling mercenaries, to get a fair shake in any court with any tax paying jury that wants to blame anybody but there own government for the cost of this war. That is precisely why these lawyers are bringing suit against Blackwater. No matter who testifies on Blackwater's defense, Blackwater and its billionaire owner will look bad, and the mums will look genuinely victimized.

I am not a lawyer, I do not know first hand what went wrong, and I have little faith in a legal system dependant on employing two thirds of the world's lawyers. I have less faith in our third world criminal sytem also employing part of the two thirds. There is no money in leaving people alone.

Three quarters of the lawsuits brought in this country are corporations sueing other corporations, so we are sue happy, but not in the way that the idiot box television has people thinking. Needing two-thirds of the world's lawyers to interpret insurance contracts and criminal law, every freaken day, is as much expense and anarchy as Americans should tolerate from their government dullards.

Either write clear laws or recind the ones that are unclear, and quit filling the prisons with people that went through a very costly and unfair, costly and unfair, system of inadequate idiots jailing people like it is a sporting event. And remember, guys like corporatemurderer, and others here bought tickets to this gladiator event and keep re-buying them. Then I get stiffed with the prison bill.

Off subject? No. While you were tuning into Cops, and Idiots Most Wanted, corporations and lawmakers were hiring as many people as possible to scare you into working long days and giving both your time and incomes to them. Generally speaking, these were media people, dishonest District Attorneys, and Police Officers.

Stupid is as stupid does. And this sporting event legal system, that finds people and companies guilty for most of the wrong reasons, is the shame of our system. Quit buying the tickets.

Also, as a side note, force insurance companies out of the legal system and into paying claims, or send them back to England, where three major companies underwrite and re-insure everything we do. Focus on the real problems please, before I have to move to keep my money from all of the thieves unaccounted for in our sytem of systemic theft.
