Yup, you both hit the nail on the head. It really is quite sad. So many of us, and I mean us as I was one of them, believed in him in 2000...and he was always simply another power-mad, self-involved right winger. Pathetic.

I think you've answered your own question Cliff. He's not stable. Isn't this one of the reasons he had trouble in the last campaign? Rumors about being "difficult"?
