It's good to see President Obama call out foxnoise for what it truly is: the propaganda arm of the gop and not a "news" network by any stretch of the imagination. If they were smart, this would give fox a chance to clean up its act, but I'm not holding my breath. My guess is that they'll be on the outside looking in, as far as delivering the news is concerned, ratings be damned.

1. Voted for background checks at gun shows NRA pissed. dropped his rating from A to a now rating C
2. Voted for stem cell research and funding, religious right pissed!!
3. Campaign finance reform ever heard of McCain/Feingold? Anne Coulter/Rush/Hannity is still punching him for this legislation.
4. Work Visa's and pathway to citizenship for illegal aliens - conservatives are pissed! g read the eight wing blogs
5.Against a constitutional Amendment banning gay marriage - leave it up to the Sates to decide, hardly a right wing opinion.
6. Holding his ground on the belief that global warming is in fact occurring, nit the position of the right wing.
The National review which gave Obama a #1 Liberal rating in all the US Senate and 58 rating compared with Senator Inhofe of Oklahoma a 100.

Mr Judkin, in what way is McCain a moderate? Just because the media says he is doesn't make it so. He's a standard-issue neocon. He's running on the platform of continuing Bush's failed policies for 4 more years. McCain is the candidate of more of the same, and that's exactly what the American people don't want. The only reason that the race is even remotely competitive is that so few voters actually know what McCain stands for.

McCain due to him being a moderate and a maverick will surely give Obama a run for his money in some Blue states. NY Times tried hard to slander McCain and it back fires gotta love it... talk to the average Joe they think McCain is a war hero and a good man... Obama just talks and talks and talks with no real plan... but he does sound good though... Give him that... But no substance... he keeps giving to same speech over and over starting to get stale. It is really very simple, you have to count all of the votes before it is a democracy. If you refuse to count the votes, then expect that you will not live in a democracy. If you call republicans the only party in the system, then I will agree, but the other wing of the same party is called the democrats. Neither will honor their constuents votes, rather the handful of foriegn and domestic campaign contributors.

In reply to Robert Kunferman, Mr. Kunferman you are correct in you assessment, but WE all can solve that problem by holding them accountable. In order to do that WE have to take responsibility ourselves. Please read my previous post and do your own research in the topics of that post. I have noticed that many of the individuals on this blog spend too much time helping the powers that be by arguing amongst themselves. Lets use that energy against them and take back our REPUBLIC. Those of us on this blog can do something to change this country by taking responsibility for our country ourselves instead of depending on elected officials who, through our own ignorance of the actual laws that the government abides by, do nothing we for us. Lets quit fighting. In order to change this country we must have our state legislatures pressure Congress to reverse the Treasonous acts that past sessions of Congress ratified. These are listed in my previous post. Secondly, we have to inform organizations like this one, MoveOn.org, the ACLU and other citizen groups on the Internet to force the Candidates in open debate on TREASON. We should not vote for Obama, Clinton or any candidate that will not abolish the Act of 1871, the Federal Reserve Act and others that I have listed in my previous post. Incidentally, both Obama and Clinton have been asked about the Income Tax issue and BOTH have refused to publicly or privately comment on such, because they both know that the law supporting it doesn't exists. It is our fault has a nation for not forcing them to change it. We need to accountable ourselves before we hold them accountable. We can do this if we call it for what it is, TREASON. All the candidates have people that scour the Internet looking at political blogs like this one. If their spin doctors see that their candidates will viewed by the public at large has the TRAITORS they are for not being the elected officials of the REPUBLIC OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and not the Corporation of the USA, then they have only two options; change their stance on what they should be doing, or continue and make attempts to defend their political integrity. If they choose the second course, and defend these treasonous acts that have taken the power away from the citizens of the REPUBLIC, then if they walk and talk like one, then they are TRATIOR to the REPUBLIC. I'll leave you with the following to consider; Ron Paul is the only candidate that has spent his entire political career trying to abolish some of these key problems that have faced this country. Even if you personally don't agree with his politics, why would or should be vote for ANY candidate who won't return abolish these previous acts of TREASON. Please research the information I've listed in my previous post for yourself. If WE all take this information to our local media agencies, our local and state governments, we could bring about a change for the better. We have to be well informed first, and take full responsibility for our country.

I know this may be off topic, and many of you may not know of me, but recently I have learned that because of the Act of 1871, Our country is a corporation, with the District of Columbia its seat of power. The Federal Law used by the corporation of the USA is that of International Maritime/Admiralty Law. This is important because, the president,and congress are only Not beholden to the citizens of the REPUBLIC of the United States. The REPUBLIC IS THE LAW OF THE LAND (The 50 states themselves), not Federal Law, now I still don't know all the details, but if there are those of you that do, please post and let me know.
Also the original 13th article to the amendment to the Constitution (Ratified in 1810 and not longer printed with current copies of the Constitution) also gives the corporate government their power over us. I had been discussing this with Rane56, before here. Both political parties, are in on this, and by both I mean senior member of the parties and of course the White House. The District of Columbia has its own constitution, whcih is again an act of TREASON that was given to it by the Act of 1871. We all need to come together and have our state legislatures ENFORCE the "Law of the Land", that of the REPUBLIC OF THE UNITED STATES, and not that of the CORPORATION OF THE UNITED STATES. Incidentally, Law of Admiralty/International Maritime Law, really is only SUPPOSED to apply to the District of Columbia. But due to US ALL practicing the Treasonous Act of IGNORANCE OF THE LAW, the government has been laughing at us. It is not my intention to offend anyone posting here and I include myself in this. The veil of ignorance has been lifted now on this matter. Do you own research on this. The Act of 1871, the Federal Reserve Act, the Original 13th Article of Amendment to the Constitution, the complete 14th Amendment, and most definitely the removal of the electoral college. We could vote for the which ever candidate we want, but until that institution is removed, NO president will be elected in this REPUBLIC by popular vote.
