If you do, they will latch onto you and drag you in like drowning amputees.

Re: Fascinating book on war profiteering: Blood Money

No disrespect to the wonderful LinkTV, with whom we have done all kinds of work with, but a deal with them would perclude other possible TV deals with a broader reach into 'middle America.' We share the same goal and agenda to reach the most people, we're just trying to navigate the waters as best we can.

Distribution these days is complex, and even more so when you make films like these.

Re: Fascinating book on war profiteering: Blood Money

Mr. Greenwald,

You've done some great films, including Iraq For Sale, which I saw tonight in San Francisco. But I think your distribution plan sucks. Don't you want middle America to see this film before the election and draw the obvious conclusion about booting the Republican majority out of Congress? I certainly do. Here's my suggestion: Call my friend Toni Whiteman, who is a producer at LinkTV, at 415-248-3950x119, and ask her to schedule a Robert Greenwald Film Festival before Oct. 30 on nationwide LinkTV! She told me she wanted to show one of your films on LinkTV but you refused! Can that be true?

With LinkTV, you can probably advertise the availability of your films on DVD -- it's a win-win-win for you, the Democrats, and world peace!

David D.
